Recipe of the Week 8.24.15

Cinnamon Honey Banana Bites

Prep Time: 3 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Servings: 15-20 small bites


  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tbsp water


  • Turn stove to medium heat and drizzle 1-2 tbsp of olive oil onto pan.

  • Cook banana slices for 1-2 minutes on each side. ( flip when brown)

  • Whisk the honey and water together.

  • Remove pan from heat and pour the honey mixture over the bananas.

  • Allow to cool for 1 minute and sprinkle the cinnamon on top.

  • Enjoy!
