No problem! Together, we will find the best exercises available to you in any setting. Prefer working out in a group? We will tailor each of our workouts to meet each individual’s capabilities. Most importantly, I will provide you with the motivation and accountability needed to step out of your comfort zone and accomplish your personal goals.

Nutrition Counseling

Finding the time, energy, and money to eat healthy can be extremely difficult and overwhelming. Therefore, we will focus on your current barriers and come up with the most efficient plan for improving your health and wellbeing. A sustainable routine focuses on lifestyle changes; therefore, we will not be implementing quick fixes that take the fun out of enjoying real food! In our sessions, we will concentrate on meal prepping, disease management, macronutrient distribution, and many other topics. Let me help you live a healthy life by fueling your body with the proper nutrients it needs.

All plans include: 5k, 10k, half marathon or marathon
