Recipe of the Week 8.31.15

Honey Apple Pasta Salad

Total time: 15 minutes


  • 3 cups of whole wheat pasta (cooked)

  • 2 apples ( I used Fuji) ( cut up into small pieces)

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 (5.3 oz) Greek vanilla yogurt

  • 1 (5.3 oz) Greek honey yogurt

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or almonds

  • 1 cup grapes (halved)

  • 1/4 cup craisins

  • 2 TBSP lemon juice


  • Boil water and cook pasta until tender. Let the pasta cool and rinse with cool water.

  • Add the pasta to a large bowl and add in the chopped apples.

  • Add the 2 TBSP honey to the bowl and mix well.

  • Combine the yogurt, walnuts, grapes, craisins, and lemon juice.

  • Mix well and refrigerate.

  • Enjoy!
