Kelli is a passionate fitness advocate who knew from an early age that she wanted to devote her life to health and wellness. Using a non-judgmental and understanding approach, Kelli creates a collaborative relationship with her clients that best provides them with the tools needed to reach all of their health and fitness goals. Her upbeat personality and attention to detail will make each client comfortable and confident that they are receiving the best possible guidance.
"Kelli has helped me out with 1-on-1 training, workout classes, online corporate classes and training for a half marathon. She truly does it all. I consider her not only my Coach, but a close friend and role model. She has become a focal point in my life, someone who is always motivating me to be better. During training sessions, she not only pushes me to my full potential but also educates me about the exercises. She has the best energy and truly maximizes every hour of the day possible. We have worked on cardio, HIIT, strength, track workouts and now long distance. I have evolved because of her coaching and couldn’t be more thankful to have her in my life!
