Recipe of the Week- 8.28.17

Protein Balls

  • 1 scoop vanilla sport Vega Protein Powder.

  • 2 cups extra thick steel cut oats

  • 4 TBSP almond butter (or whatever nut butter you prefer)

  • 2 bananas

  • 3 TBSP honey (whichever flavor you prefer- I used the Heavenly Organics Acacia Honey)

  • 1 TBSP cinnamon


  1. In a large bowl mix together oats, protein powder and cinnamon.

  2. Mash the bananas until they have a smooth texture and mix in the bowl.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until fully combined.

  4. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place balls into an airtight container and store in the fridge or freezer for that pre workout snack for the week!
