Avocado Chicken Burgers

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Servings: 4


  • 1 pound of organic (if you can) ground chicken

  • 1 large ripe avocado

  • 1/3 cup Almond meal/flour ( you can use panko crumbs as well)

  • 1 garlic clove (chopped)

  • 1/4 tsp salt (optional)

  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  • In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients together.

  • Roll the mixture into patties and cook on grill or stove
