1 scoop vanilla sport Vega Protein Powder.
2 cups extra thick steel cut oats
4 TBSP almond butter (or whatever nut butter you prefer)
3 TBSP honey (whichever flavor you prefer- I used the Heavenly Organics Acacia Honey)
1 TBSP cinnamon
In a large bowl mix together oats, protein powder and cinnamon.
Mash the bananas until they have a smooth texture and mix in the bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir until fully combined.
Roll into 1 inch balls. Place balls into an airtight container and store in the fridge or freezer for that pre workout snack for the week!
