What is MyStryde? MyStryde is Boston's first indoor running studio that has 13 woodway treadmills to workout on. The studio is located in the north end at 764 Hanover street. There are a variety of classes that include intervals, hills, endurance training, and speed walking. At each class, you receive a pace card that allows you to workout within your ability to do so. Therefore, no need to worry if you can keep up or if it will be too slow, everyone is pleased with a fun and challenging workout.
Why workout at Mystryde? I'll be the first to admit that I do not enjoy running on a treadmill and love running outdoors. However, running on these treadmills feels like you are running on clouds! Let's face it, there are many obstacles to running outdoors such as the weather and it getting darker earlier/later. Why not workout on a high tech treadmill while listening to awesome music with motivating individuals? Think of it like a spin class on treadmills. It's a must try!
