Honey Apple Pasta Salad
Total time: 15 minutes
3 cups of whole wheat pasta (cooked)
2 apples ( I used Fuji) ( cut up into small pieces)
2 tbsp honey
1 (5.3 oz) Greek vanilla yogurt
1 (5.3 oz) Greek honey yogurt
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
1 cup grapes (halved)
1/4 cup craisins
2 TBSP lemon juice
Boil water and cook pasta until tender. Let the pasta cool and rinse with cool water.
Add the pasta to a large bowl and add in the chopped apples.
Add the 2 TBSP honey to the bowl and mix well.
Combine the yogurt, walnuts, grapes, craisins, and lemon juice.
Mix well and refrigerate.
