Avocado Chicken Burgers
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
1 pound of organic (if you can) ground chicken
1 large ripe avocado
1/3 cup Almond meal/flour ( you can use panko crumbs as well)
1 garlic clove (chopped)
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
1/4 tsp pepper
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients together.
Roll the mixture into patties and cook on grill or stove
