Ground Turkey Meatloaf Muffins
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
1 package of organic (if you can) 99% fat-free ground turkey
1/2 cup 100% whole wheat bread crumbs
1 large organic egg (or 3 egg whites)
1/4 cup organic ketchup or 2 tsp of dry yellow mustard
1/4 tbsp ground pepper
1 cup onions, finely diced
1/2 tsp dried thyme (optional)
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Use cooking spray to coat a 12 muffin cooking pan.
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients together.
Roll the mixture into balls and place into the muffin pan.
Bake for 35 minutes and enjoy!
