Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Amount: 10 servings
2 cups of old fashioned oats
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup slivered almonds
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup flax seeds
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Use a food processor or vitamix to mix together batter until it is wet.
Pour batter into a 9x9 baking pan that is lined with parchment paper.
Bake the batter for 10 minutes.
While the batter is baking, mix the toppings together in a bowl.
Pour the topping onto the batter and bake for another 15 minutes.
Enjoy while warm or enjoy refrigerated!
